All the Details You Need
Every iPhone comes with some amazing new features, but it can be hard to see just how much the technology is evolving when you compare one model to the last. If you look at an iPhone 16 refurbished by our team alongside an iPhone 15, you’ll see some key differences. If you look back at an iPhone 14 refurbished by us, or even a 13, 12 or 11, you will really see just how much they have evolved.
iPhone 11
A really solid phone that still holds its own today, the iPhone 11 has a Hexa-core A13 Bionic processor that makes it able to stand up to a wide range of tasks. Taking photos with it at any time of day is a breeze, too, thanks to the Dual 12MP Wide and Ultra Wide cameras and low-light mode. The 6.1-inch Liquid Retina HD display also means that everything from gaming to watching videos looks great. An iPhone 11 refurbished is still a really popular choice!
iPhone 12
An iPhone 12 refurbished by Tech Tiger has a few differences from the iPhone 11. Instead of an A13 processor, you have the A14, which is around 50% faster than its predecessor. The Super Retina XDR display is a step up from the 11’s HD as well, giving you greater clarity and vibrancy. You're still getting a dual 12MP camera system with wide and ultra-wide cameras, allowing you to capture some great shots. Overall, it’s a great phone that we still see lots of demand for!
iPhone 13
The iPhone 13 takes things even further. The A15 Bionic chip is a further step up, and the XDR display means it is a pleasure to look at and use. In terms of the phone’s design, the 13’s proved to be one of Apple’s most iconic as it was carried all the way through to the 15. The 12MP cameras were updated with the addition of sensor-shift stabilisation, and the front camera has TrueDepth for Face ID and augmented reality.
It’s for these reasons that we have a lot of interest in our iPhone 13 refurbished range.
iPhone 14
The A15 Bionic chip with an extra GPU core was previously limited to the iPhone 13 Pro, but the iPhone 14’s release saw it rolled out to that model. It still has the 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED that users knew and loved, and the camera saw some marginal upgrades.
Overall, it is a pretty similar device to the iPhone 13, with some key updates to make it one of the most popular iPhones released to date.
iPhone 15
This is where things start to really pick up in terms of advancements! The display and overall appearance remain pretty much the same, but the iPhone 15 has slightly thinner bezels, a new Dynamic Island, and a USB-C port instead of the Lightning connector.
The A16 Bionic chip provides an impressive speed boost, and the 48MP main camera is a big step up. No wonder an iPhone 15 refurbished is so popular!
iPhone 16
Last but not least is the iPhone 16. Released in 2024, five years after the 11, it is one of the most popular phones that we sell. It comes with Apple Intelligence, Apple’s very own AI. It has an A18 processor with 8 GB of RAM, perfect for handling tasks carried out with AI.
In terms of the camera, you can enjoy 48MP in addition to much better results when recording video.
